How this helped: helps us ground into the new space and let go of whatever we were focusing on before we came together.


Make space for 3-5 minutes of quiet contemplation.

Suggested when:

  • before calls and gatherings

  • before any mediation or tension resolution session


  • Breathwork: 60-70 full deep breaths followed by a 1-3 minute outbreath hold and mediation

  • Song & Music: Start off a session sharing a gift of music to drop in
