## Structure

### Make space for 3-5 minutes of quiet contemplation.&#x20;

Suggested when:

* **before calls and gatherings**&#x20;
* **before any mediation or tension resolution session**

### Alternatives

* Breathwork: 60-70 full deep breaths followed by a 1-3 minute outbreath hold and mediation&#x20;
* Song & Music: Start off a session sharing a gift of music to drop in&#x20;
