Structure
Make space for 3-5 minutes of quiet contemplation.
Suggested when:
before calls and gatherings
before any mediation or tension resolution session
Alternatives
Breathwork: 60-70 full deep breaths followed by a 1-3 minute outbreath hold and mediation
Song & Music: Start off a session sharing a gift of music to drop in
