# Trusted Treasurer

### Description

A tool for giving power to members of the organization to spend from the corporate treasury without requiring a vote by the DAO/DHO.

### Powers, Perks, and Possibilities

Members who have at least \[N] in org assets staked (collateral) are able to hold \[N] in the organisation's treasury assets in their personal organisation accounts (not their personal daily account) themselves and use for day-to-day operations (similar to a corporate debit card).
