**This is a community created library of DHO templates that have been generated by DHO designers within the ecosystem**&#x20;

### This library serves as a:

1. **DHO-model incubator:** a space for ideas to merge to become more effective at creating initial organizational designs. &#x20;
2. **DHO template factory:** to further increase the effectiveness of our ecosystem spending less time designing DHOs and more time enacting them!&#x20;
3. **Organization template:** a library for DHO/DAO and organization designers to reference when creating their initial organization designs helping organizations to more quickly get started and serving their purpose.

### Brief intro on the different template categories:

1. Startup / Company / Contributor Governed - For product/service oriented organizations with varying governance weight between members&#x20;
2. Cooperative - For product/service oriented organizations with same governance weight between members (1 member 1 vote)&#x20;
3. Village - Land based organizations oriented towards meeting a wide diversity of needs of members
4. Investment - Organizations oriented towards pooling capital and investing that capital
5. Regional Economy - Organizations oriented around regions
6. Experimental  - Everything else

### Terminology&#x20;

1T1V - One Token One Vote: Votes are weighted by the number of Voice Tokens a members holds.

1M1V - One Member One Vote: Members each have the same number of Voice Tokens.
