DHO members are regularly evolving through tensions and disputes with each other.
We're identifying our triggers, pain-points, traumas and tensions that are inhibiting us from our full creative and expressive potential.
Mediators hold space for healing, evolution, and co-creation to more easily occur between 1 or more disputing parties.
Mediators cannot suspend or otherwise enable or restrict access to resources for the involved parties. To execute this duty, mediators must be knowledgeable of basic facilitation methods and techniques.
