SEEDS Commons uses Nestr as a tool for recording, coordinating and viewing the organizational structure.

- Stewarding the health of the SEEDS ecosystem and common operations
- Evolving the Eligibility Criteria and the process for DHOs to be part of SEEDS Commons
- Steward the SEEDS Sale
- Administer the SEEDS Commons budgets as defined by the Citizens of SEEDS
- Facilitate the “SEEDS Regenerative Roundtable” sessions each solstice and equinox
- Running and evolving the process of allocating working capital to Eligible DHOs
- Running and evolving the process for managing milestone funds through the SEEDS Sales Contract
- Evolving the Membership, Agreements of SEEDS Commons and Operational Agreements of the SEEDS Sales Contract and the procedure for allocation of available HUSD to Eligible DHOs.
- Management of Milestone funds;
- SEEDS Commons budget;
- Eligibility Criteria for DHOs;
- Coordinating working capital to Eligible DHOs;
- SEEDS Sales Contract (tlosto.seeds).
- Any Resident or Citizen of SEEDS can apply for open roles and quests within the SEEDS Commons
- Must be a Citizen for >3 lunar cycles before you're eligible to represent a DHO in the SEEDS Commons
- Each Eligible DHO has two representatives in SEEDS Commons, an External Link and an Internal Link, which become Members of SEEDS Commons
- These two representatives are chosen by each DHO using their own governance processes.
- The External Link represents the interests of the SEEDS Commons in the Eligible DHO.
- Internal Link represents the interest of the Eligible DHO in SEEDS Commons.
- After 3 lunar cycles without being in an Active Commons Proposal, representatives of Eligible DHOs are no longer acting as members of SEEDS Commons
- DHOs can be voted out of the eligibility status anytime by citizens through a proposal in the Milestone category of the Vote section
- External Links, Internal Links and all other SEEDS Commons members are reelected every 3 lunar cycles immediately following each Regenerative Roundtable
- 1 person 1 vote
- 12 voice-holding council members voted in by the Citizens of SEEDS
- 1 voice-holding earth member holding 3 voice tokens representing the explicit best interests of our planet
- 80% quorum and 100% unity required (consent)

- Storytelling Circle Stewards the SEEDS Communication channels
- Quest Guides Stewards the "Quest Pool" where Quest Guides have free ability to assign and payout quests for a wide variety of contributions. Quest guides
- Commons Curator Steward the core ecosystem documents and knowledge base
- Quest Guide Steward the "Quest Pool" and guide Seedizens through Quests
- Council Member Steward the treasury and fund ecosystem strategy
- Regenerative Roundtable Guide Steward and organise the seasonal Regenerative Roundtables that bring all the commons DHO and Citizens together
- Renaissance Newsletter Editor Gather material for and produce seasonal recaps for the community
