8-2-22 First meeting: Redwood Gov. Update

First meeting on the governance vote implementation was held between Ash (RE), Nik (Hypha), Nadim (Samara) and Neil (MoM)

1. Changing the way people join Seeds and become Citizens: MoM will create teams of 3 Ambassadors, who will work with a team of upto 30 newbies (Called Hubs). They will invite (create Discord groups / Telegram groups), onboard and encourage newbies to plant, transact Seeds and get involved in the ecosystems for 59 days. After 59 days, they will conduct a Citizenship ceremony (short recording with brief interviews on vimeo) where the three will vouch for the newbies attending the meeting, making them citizens. Except invite and vouchin, most activities will be conducted without any blockchain update 2. Vouching can include memo field @Nikolaus Heger to work on including the vimeo links as a memo with vouches for tracking later on 3. Using D-Seeds as rewards for attending ceremony Because D-Seeds at the moment are not transferable, the idea is work on allowing D-Seeds to be used for Citizenship process. Updates on using Rainbow Tokens from Currency Working group / Tokenomics is being looked at Pending tasks: 1. Ash to check on Tokenomics / Currency working meetings and pass it on to the group 2. Nadim to check with Commons on the idea of allowing D-Seeds to be transferable (so that it could be used by in future for citizenship process) 3. Nik to review the governance documents and continue working on the SC changes 4. Neil to check with MoM for feedback on the changes suggested (with formation of Hubs and involvement of Ambassadors) 5. Ash to co-ordinate future interactions on this change
