Brief History of the implementation process

Nov 21: Governance referendum passed

Feb 22: Initial governance meeting held between Nik (Hypha), Neil (MoM), Nadim (Hypha), discussion the way forward with implementation

Mar 22: Changes to Part 2 of implementation (Limits to grants) were updated in the system by Nik

Mar 22: Volunteers for pilot hub requested
