# Legal entity & land ownership

### Legal representation 

The team decides to use a Wyoming DAO LLC instead of a Non-Profit as the legal entity to own the lands and resort and uses part of funds raised to purchase the Resort and neighboring land. 

Their Village Token represents fractional ownership of the whole project (represented as shares in the Wyoming DAO LLC).
