A living version (we'll update this throughout each season) of our incubation roadmap that the 13 projects each season go through.

Overview:

We'll go over each section during the weekly sessions following a 3 step pattern:

1. Session explaining the next step. Teams work on the next step during the week.

2. Showcase session where each projects shares where they're currently at, what they're currently thinking. Teams may continue to expand on or rework their models.

3. Showcase session where each project shares where they're currently at. Once 9 projects have finalized their models we move on to the next step.

Step by Step

1. Start with Heart:

Form a shared "Welcome to 2030" video showcasing the 13 projects.

• Create a 5 min heart-filled and inspiring vision of the current/future state of your project and share why it embodies the more beautiful world we're co-creating.

• Landing page with 1 page opt-in (build into Notion) and start capturing emails together.

2. Co-create the economic and organizational structure for each project.

• Chose a DAO/DHO tool such as:

  • Hypha DHO
  • Gardens
  • DAO Haus
  • Colony
  • [insert additional here]

• Coordination Structures

  • Roles

  • Token

  • Quests

  • Co-creation

  • Acknowledgement

  • etc.

3. Co-create the legal and land ownership/stewardship structure for each project.

4. Financial and sustainability (thrivability) structure (business models, etc).

4. Co-create Crowdpooling event

• Co-create contribution tiers & acknowledgement designs

  • Thresholds (softcap, hardcap, stretch goals, etc)

  • 9 forms of capital contribution framework

• Co-create project-applications to start growing our project communities

• Make a LOT OF NOISE and launch the crowdpooling event!

• Pool the resources needed for all 13 projects to thrive!

5. Co-create Regen Civics Festivals to initiate once projects reach crowdpooling milestones

• we're on-the-ground doing regeneration: project building, festivals, and activations

6. Co-create shared economic frameworks

• contributions from one project can be redeemed for access to other projects

  • Shared DAO/DHO infrastructute (roles, tokens, governance, etc)

  • Shared game/cultural frame (each project is unique, but follows a similar framework to help members orient)

• Regenerate our EARTH

  • We're co-creating a global game to heal Earth by setting up millions of networked regenerative projects coordinating to create a more beautiful/paradise Earth in harmony with the rest of life.

• Template successes to help the next season of projects.

7. Continue to co-create, co-learn and coordinate as projects move into member status and a new cohort of 13 regenerative projects are selected.
