**This is a community created library of roles that other DHO members have found effective.**

### This library serves as a: 

1. **Role-model incubator:** a space for ideas to merge to become more effective role models.
2. **Role template factory:** to further increase the effectiveness of our ecosystem spending less time designing roles and more time enacting them! 
3. **Organization template:** a library for DHO/DAO and organization designers to reference when creating their initial organization designs helping organizations to more quickly get started and serving their purpose.
