The land of 1'5 ha is already owned and going to transfer to a Cooperative of Work and Living. Incredible place with amazing view and acestral memories.
Is in Vall de Laguar (Alicante, Spain), a mediterranean abundance paradise, humid and warm in front the see, with a lot of natural resources.
After 8 years in the place with the befor Permaculture Center (Permacultura Laguar), we have many local connections from alternative tribe to local traditional people and resources bank.
Legally through rural tourism we can build in the land 300 m2 for the main house and 16 tiny houses (4% of the land). All of them supplied with solar energy, waste water system and made it with biobuilding local materials and bioclimatic principles. The rest of the landscape would be edible forest as a agroforestry model production for the mediterranean mountain agriculture research and innovate. Currently now the land have 200 olive trees, 1 big carob tree, few vegetables garden, green cover, various edible bushes, legum wild vegetable green covers, thousand of wild cherry trees and very madured oak forest.
The proposal for the Regenerative Business Model is to be a Cooperative ownership of the land and all the infraestructure, made it ideally between 7 workers staff members and 9 inversors partners, but opened to anothers financial ways. The 7 workers will live permanently and the 9 inversors can stay temporally or subrent their tiny house to mainly digital nomads.
We are going to drive the regenerative impact through the fractal organization village. From individual/collective to local/global impact. From the regenerative village management to the local/biorregional management. Ideally the 7 staff members are in charged of the 7 dimensions of the culture: Permaculture and Agroforestry (land manage), Bioconstruction and infrestruture (human habitat), FabLab and Appropiate Technology, Experiencial Tourism and Formations, Wellness Retreats and LandArt, DHO and Sociocracy, Rural Fintech/ReFi and entrepreneurship.
This framework would be very accesible to replicate in anywhere and extend locally/nationally, mainly abondoned rural areas, if its not holistically maybe one/various dimensions.
So the product of the cooperative are going to be the renting of the tiny houses, the retreats/formations organizations/groups and, in 7 years, the surplus of the agroforestry. For summer would be maingly the events agend: Regenerative Teambuilding and Retreat with DeepEcology, Rewilding, ForestBath, Temascal and PlantMedicine, LandArt Reforestation, YogaDance, Sungazing, EarthBath, ForestGardening and Gym, Mindfullness, EcstaticDance, etc. Formations like Regen Software/ReFi/FabLab OpenEcology Hackathons, DHO/Rural Entrepreneurship Bootcamp, Permaculture Design Course and Agroforestry, etc.
The participation for each staff member and inversor partner (16 in total) is 40K to develope all the project. Currently now we are in the team Jesu (1st inversor, CEO and staff member), Rosa (1st inversor interest) and the advisement council (Fer, Manu, Fausto, Victor, Eric, Brandon). Soft cap to start ideally 240 K and to develop in total 600 K.
